1. Commitment to Copyright Protection

It is our policy to respond expeditiously to legitimate notifications of claimed copyright infringement that comply with the statutory requirements detailed below.

2. Submitting a Notice of Claimed Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent thereof and believe that any literary work or content hosted on Star Novels infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notification to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following particulars:

6. Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Action Upon Receipt of a Valid Notice

Upon receiving a formal, verified DMCA notice meeting all statutory requirements, STAR STORY FILM TECH LIMITED will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material and notify the content contributor or author associated with the submission.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If an author or content contributor believes that their content was removed by mistake or misidentification, they may file a written counter-notification with our Designated Agent containing:

• Their physical or electronic signature;
• Identification of the material removed and its location before removal;
• A statement under penalty of perjury of a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
• Consent to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with DMCA guidelines and international best practices, STAR STORY FILM TECH LIMITED maintains a policy that terminates content relationships with any creator or account holder found to be a repeat infringer of intellectual property rights.
